Local Authority Builders
Fill your schedule on autopilot with the patients you actually want, without relying on referrals.
Word of mouth got you this far. It won't get you to the practice you pictured when you opened.
Install the same system we used to take our clinic from $23,000 a month to $200,000 in just two years. You'll have it running in 90 days, and you won't be figuring it out alone.
Free for 7 days. Month to month, no long-term contract, cancel anytime.

There are two problems with a practice built on referrals
The first one you already feel.
Some months a few good referrals come in and it feels like things are finally moving. Some months there's nothing, and you can't explain that either.
You check the books on a Sunday night and do the math in your head about whether next month covers payroll. Growth is something that happens to you instead of because of you.
The second problem is quieter. It's the one that actually kept us stuck.
Referrals bring you more of the patients you already have.
Your happy patients tell their friends. Their friends look like them. So whoever happened to walk through your door first quietly decides who walks through it for the next five years.
When I opened, my referral base was my husband's grandmother and his dad's retired pickleball buddies.
I mean that literally. Lovely people. I genuinely enjoyed treating them.
But I was trying to build a practice around young families, pregnant moms, and babies. And not one person in that group was ever going to refer me a pregnant mom. They didn't know any. That was never going to be the network that got me there.
That's the part nobody warns you about. Referrals don't just make your volume unpredictable. They lock in your patient mix.
If the people filling your schedule today aren't the people you want filling it in five years, word of mouth isn't neutral. It is quietly holding you exactly where you are.
Why it keeps happening
It usually comes down to three things
You never actually chose
Your patient mix was decided by whoever found you first, and every referral since has reinforced it. You didn't pick a direction. The direction picked you.
You sound like every other clinic
Generic posts about back pain and posture, written to nobody in particular. The specific person you want walking in scrolls right past it, because nothing in it told them it was about them.
There's no system underneath
You've either handed money to someone who didn't understand your practice, or you've pieced things together yourself at eleven at night between patients. Neither one is a system. Both are just activity.
None of those three are a work ethic problem. You already work hard. They're a direction problem.
What most people try
The three roads most clinic owners go down
Wait it out
Keep doing great work and hope the right referrals eventually start showing up. Some do. But you're waiting on other people's social circles to change, and that could take another five years, or it could never happen at all.
Hire an agency
We tried this early on. It went badly. We got the same boilerplate ads every chiropractor in the country is running, from people who had never thought for one second about who we actually serve. It cost us money we didn't have, and months we couldn't get back.
Do it yourself
Open ChatGPT at eleven at night, get something generic back, post it, and hope. Or buy another course, watch four modules, and never finish because nobody is checking whether you did. You end up with a folder of half-built things and no pipeline.
We tried all three. Here's what actually worked.

How we got here
Three years ago I was working completely alone
My office was 600 square feet, in a strip mall that had seen better days. Directly across the lot was a tire shop. Right next door was a massage place with a sign that made you wonder exactly what kind of massage they were offering.
It was not a great area. Neither of us loved the idea of me being there alone, seeing new patients I had never met, so Kyle sat in the back room on his laptop working his corporate job and kept an ear out. We called it his bodyguard shift.
Really it was just two people trying to make something work in a place nobody would call impressive.
That month we made five thousand dollars.
Our son was six months old. We could only afford childcare Monday through Thursday, so Kyle took Fridays to be with him, and I kept seeing patients because someone had to pay the bills.
I remember driving home some nights so tired I couldn't tell if I was proud of what we were building or terrified we'd made a huge mistake.
And I had two problems at once, not one.
I didn't have enough new patients. And the few I did have were never going to lead me to the ones I actually wanted. A volume problem and a direction problem, stacked on top of each other.
The patients I wanted, the young moms, the pregnant women, the families, they had no idea I existed. Nobody in my referral network was connected to them. Nobody was going to hand them to me.
So I stopped waiting to be sent the right patients and went and found them.
What actually changed
We stopped trying to be a chiropractor for everyone
We pivoted the entire practice to serve one specific group. Young families. Moms and babies. And once we made that single decision, everything else finally had somewhere to plug into.
Kyle taught himself how to get our website ranking on Google instead of buried on page three.
I stopped posting generic content and started writing directly to the mom scrolling at midnight, wondering if anyone works with babies, instead of talking about back pain to nobody in particular.
We started running targeted ads for the first time, speaking to one specific person instead of spraying and praying.
We rebuilt the whole brand around that decision too. It wasn't Dr. Danielle Chiropractor anymore. It was Verve. Warm colors instead of clinical blue and white. A living room instead of a waiting room.

I still remember walking in one day and seeing two moms in our lobby who didn't know each other, deep in conversation about baby carriers, already planning to meet for coffee. That was the moment I knew we'd built something bigger than a clinic.
Fifteen thousand a month became twenty two. Then twenty three. Then it cracked wide open.
Two years later we were at two hundred thousand a month across our locations. We've had months over two hundred and thirty. Three clinics. A real team.
And the part that actually matters to me isn't the number. It's that I can pick my kids up. I can take a Friday. I built a business that gives me my life back instead of swallowing it whole.
Here's what I want you to notice about how we did it. We didn't get here by hiring an agency. We tried that, and it cost us. We never built a marketing team either.
It's Kyle and me, and a system we built and then taught AI to run most of for us.
That system is what we're handing you.
The Local Authority Engine
One system. Three channels. Pointed at one person.
Most clinic marketing fails because it's four disconnected things fighting each other. The Engine is those pieces built as one, aimed at the specific patient you want, running mostly on its own once it's in place.
Pick your person
Not everyone with a spine. One specific patient you want to build the next five years around. This is the decision everything else depends on, and the one most clinics never make.
Learn what's actually stopping them
Not their symptom. The real hesitation in their head before they ever book. Get this right and your marketing stops sounding like education and starts sounding like someone who gets it.
Let AI do the building
This is the part that used to require an agency. You'll install AI tools built specifically for clinics that write your ads, your content, and your follow-up in your voice, so you're never staring at a blank page on a Sunday night.
Connect it and let it run
Ads bring the right person in. Social makes them trust you before they call. Your website turns them into a booking. Follow-up catches everyone who wasn't ready yet. Nothing falls through.
Real clinics
Clinic owners who stopped waiting to be referred
Every one of these doctors did the same thing first. They picked a specific person to build around, then pointed their marketing at that one person instead of everyone.
These clinics ran this system with us. Inside Local Authority Builders, you install it yourself, with us coaching you through it.
Niched into women with scoliosis
She ran a general practice, treating whoever walked in. Then she niched all the way down to women with scoliosis and rebuilt her entire marketing around that one person. She now converts close to ninety percent of her Facebook leads into four thousand dollar care plans, and she hired her first associate.
Dr. CorrineHouse of Chiropractic · Huntington Beach, CA
Niched into pediatric sensory and behavioral care
They went into pediatric care for kids with sensory processing and behavioral challenges, a group most clinics have no idea how to talk to. Their ads, their social, and their website finally all said the same specific thing.
Drs. Chris and AdanaInnate Family Chiropractic · Pasadena, CA
Twelve new patients in her first two weeks
Twelve new patients in her first two weeks running Meta ads. She went on maternity leave with her associate fully booked, which is the version of this that actually matters.
Dr. LiselSolana Beach Wellness Collective · Solana Beach, CA
Busiest week in clinic history
Associates fully booked, the busiest week in the clinic history, and he is expanding the office and adding providers.
Dr. Christian CarrollTriune Wellness · Hopkinton, MA
None of them reinvented anything. They picked their person, installed the same system, and got their own version of the same result.

New lessons ship continuously. Your membership isn't a folder you download once, it's a classroom that keeps up with what's working right now.
And more than twenty AI skills
The part that doesn't exist anywhere else
A skill is a tool you install once. After that, your AI can do that entire job for your clinic, on demand, in your voice.
Not a prompt you copy and paste. An actual capability your computer did not have yesterday.
There are more than twenty of them, and together they cover the work you would otherwise be paying someone else to do. Your ads. Your creative. Your content. Your follow-up. Your website copy. Your SEO.
They are the same ones we run at Verve. When we improve one, you get the improvement.
target-audience.skillBuilds your ideal patient profile. Every ad and post you make after this speaks to one person.
prime-copywriter.skillWrites your ads in your voice, using the five angles that actually move people to book.
broll-reel.skillTurns footage off your phone into a finished, captioned video ad.
meta-campaign-builder.skillBuilds the campaign, the audiences, and the creative, then launches it in your ad account.
ghl-workflow-blueprint.skillWrites the follow-up that texts and emails every new lead automatically.
local-seo-research.skillAudits your Google presence and hands you the plan to fix it, in priority order.
That is six of them. There are more than twenty.
And they are yours. They install on your machine, not ours. They keep working long after you have watched the lesson, and they do not stop the month you stop paying us.
Why this is different
You've bought courses before. Here's what's different.
You install tools, you don't just watch videos
Most programs hand you information and leave the work to you at eleven at night. The skills do the work with you. That's the difference between learning how to write an ad and having an ad written.
We're not teaching this from the sidelines. We're running it too.
We don't manage marketing for other people's clinics. We run it for our own. Every ad, every post, every follow-up sequence you'll install is one we're using at Verve right now, and we're testing new angles every single week. When something works, it becomes a lesson. When Meta changes something on a Tuesday, we find out the same way you would, except we've already sorted it out by Thursday and told you exactly what to do about it.
You're not getting a consultant's opinion. You're getting what's working in a real clinic this week.
You get both of us every week, not a comment box
Office hours where we pull up your actual campaigns and audit them live, so you find out what's wrong from the people who built the system instead of guessing for another month. Real-time Q and A, so nothing blocks you for more than a few days. And a weekly mastermind with clinic owners from around the country, focused on growing the business, not just the marketing.
That last part is worth more than it sounds. Someone tests an ad angle on Monday and tells the room what happened by Thursday. Someone makes a hiring mistake so you don't have to. Someone finally cracks the message that gets their dream patient to book, and now that's one less thing you have to figure out yourself.
You're not starting from zero. You're starting from everything everyone else has already learned.
Live weekly sessions are part of Premium. Full breakdown below.
How it works
Three steps to start
Start your free trial
You're in the community and the full classroom within a minute. Nothing is locked.
Book your 1:1 strategy call
Every member gets one, on both tiers. We look at your practice, figure out which patient you should be building around, and tell you exactly which part of the system to install first. You leave with a plan for your clinic, not a generic checklist.
Build it, with us in your corner
Follow the path. Install the skills. Bring what you build to the room and get it looked at before you spend money on it.
What to expect
The 90-day build
You're not going to have all of this running by Friday, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Here's what the timeline actually looks like.
- Week one
Your strategy call. Your AI workspace set up and loaded with your clinic, your patient, and your voice. Your first piece of creative made.
- Days 8 to 30
Your first campaign live, with tracking installed correctly so you can actually tell what's working. Follow-up automated, so no lead sits in an inbox for three days and books somewhere else.
- Days 31 to 60
The publishing engine running: your AI drafts the week, you approve it from your phone, it posts itself. Your website turned into something that books patients instead of just existing.
- Days 61 to 90
Your SEO plan in motion. All of it feeding one pipeline. A weekly optimization habit that takes an hour, not a weekend.
Let's be straight about the effort. This is a few hours a week, not zero. What you're buying isn't the removal of work. It's the removal of guessing, starting over, and doing it alone.
Who this is for
This is for you if
- You own a chiropractic or wellness practice and you're tired of next month being a surprise
- You want to build around a specific kind of patient instead of taking whoever shows up
- You'd rather own your marketing than rent it from someone who doesn't understand your practice
- You're willing to put in a few hours a week with guidance
And who it isn't
This is not for you if
- You want someone to do it for you. We don't do that anymore, and this isn't that.
- You're not willing to put anything into ads. Organic and SEO work, but they're slower.
- You're looking for one hack instead of a system. There isn't one. We looked.
I'd rather you know that now than find out in week three.
What this is actually worth
Run the number on one patient
You know what a new patient is worth to your practice better than I do.
For most of the clinics we work with, it's around $1,500 over the life of that patient.
Premium is $749 a month.
One new patient pays for it twice over.
Two new patients in a month and you're at four times what you paid. Three and it stops being a decision.
And you're not buying a month of patients. You're building something that keeps producing them after you've built it.
That's why we point almost everyone at Premium. The gap between the two tiers is $452 a month, which is less than a third of one new patient.
For that you get weekly eyes on your actual campaigns and a room of clinic owners solving the same problems you are. Standard is real and it works. It just asks you to figure out more of it alone, to save less than one patient's worth of revenue.
Compare either one to an agency. Two to five thousand a month, on a contract, from people who hand you the same ads they hand every other clinic.
That's what we paid for, early on. It's exactly what we got.
At the end of a year with an agency, you have nothing. Stop paying and it all stops. At the end of a year here, you own the system, you know how to run it, and the skills are still installed on your machine.
Pricing
Both tiers. Free for seven days.
Standard

Questions people ask
I am not technical at all.
Neither am I. I am a chiropractor. Every step is screen recorded, so you watch us do it first and then you do it yourself. There is no code and no terminal on the path. If something breaks, there is a lesson for that, and there is a room full of people who hit the same thing last month.
What else do I need to pay for?
A Claude subscription, around $20 a month, which is what actually runs every skill. A few lessons use pay-as-you-go credits for AI image and video, where you only pay for what you generate. If you want the automated follow-up, that runs on GoHighLevel. And your ad budget is separate and always yours, paid straight to Meta, never to us. The setup lessons tell you exactly what to get and when, so none of it is a surprise.
I do not have time for this.
That is the honest objection and I will give you the honest answer. The first week takes a few focused hours. After that it is a few hours a week, and it gets shorter as more of it runs itself. Compare that to the time you are already spending posting things that do not work.
I have run ads before and lost money.
Almost everyone here has. It is usually one of three things: you were speaking to everyone instead of one person, your tracking was not installed right so you could not tell what was working, or you scaled before you validated. All three are covered, in that order, and the validation lesson exists specifically so you do not spend real money before you know the message lands.
I already paid an agency and it did not work.
Same. That is part of why this exists. The difference is that when you own the system, nobody can hand you boilerplate, and nothing stops working the month you stop paying someone.
Will the AI sound like me, or like a robot?
This is the part people are most surprised by. You load your own voice into your workspace in the first week, and everything after that gets written in it. It sounds like you because it is trained on you. You still read everything before it goes out.
Is this just another course?
A course hands you information. This hands you installed tools that do the work with you, a path in the right order, and people to ask when you are stuck. If a course was going to fix this, it already would have.
Does this work in a small market?
Getting specific matters more in a small market, not less, because you cannot afford to talk to everyone when there are not that many people. Your audience is smaller and your costs behave differently, and we will go through exactly what that means for your area on your strategy call.
I am already at capacity.
Then this is a different conversation, and a good one. It is about replacing your lowest-value patients with the ones you actually want, and about hiring. Two of the doctors on this page hired their first associate after installing this.
What if I want to cancel?
You cancel. It is month to month with no contract, and the skills you installed stay on your machine.
Which tier should I start on?
If you want the live rooms and weekly eyes on your campaigns, start on Premium, that is what it is for. If you would rather work through the classroom at your own pace first, start on Standard. You can move up whenever you want.
Here's where I'll leave it
A year from now, one of two things is true.
Either it looks a lot like right now. Some good months, some quiet ones, a schedule that's mostly full of whoever happened to find you, and the same Sunday night math.
Or you've got a system you own. The right people finding you on purpose. A schedule you can predict, built around the patients you actually want to treat.
The gap between those two isn't talent, and it isn't how hard you work. You already work hard enough.
It's whether you keep waiting to be sent the right patients, or you go build the thing that brings them to you.
I waited a lot longer than I should have. The only thing I'd change is starting sooner.
In health,
Dr. Danielle
